Heya,
Just got my first bike yesterday, a 99 ZZR250. Not real exciting but I am on my L's. Not for long though if I can help it. I live on the NSW Central Coast and keen to learn/ride whenever time allows.
Ryan, aka Rhino (yeh, I know, kinda stupid, its what happens when you grow up in an environment where people throw an 'o' at the end of names)

Hope to see you out and about on a ride soon - The old road is great fun on a two-fiddy! I remember some of my best rides were up the north end on the old 250 with just a close friend or two.

don't knock the zzr250 many a person here would have had one (including me) they're great bikes. Upgrade when your skills are up to the job don't rush it for the sake of it.
