1. 1914 Allon Alldays Onions
2. The Whiting (built by Saville Whiting circa 1920).
3. (a) 2004 onwards adjustable preload and rebound damping added to front fork
(b) 2004 onwards adjustable rebound damping added to rear shock.
(c) Black guages until 2004, henceafter chrome guages .
(d) Black valve cover and right and left side case covers.
(e) 2006-onwards gold calipers.

I would have also accepted Kaz, Mario, Rob and Smitty here in Melb, Mike-S in Sydney and Jason and Scott in Adelaide (I think Scott was one of the ex-SA guys who rides a Trumpy).
If we need clues for #1 I can post a slightly bigger picture tonight. Something you might like to consider is that the bike in question (from the 70s) has had it's fairing removed.
