Oil leak ZX10 Help!!!!
Oil leak ZX10 Help!!!!
Got a ZX10 and there's a leak coming from the right side of the engine, down the bottom.. there's two inspection holes small one and a big one. it looks like the leakj is coming from the bigger one, so i turned it, and it went into the engine... i don't have a manual.. can i take is off??? there's about 5 bolt's.... or should i take to a work shop?????

Not sure what part you are talking about, can you send a pic.?
The 10's will seap a little oil (usually out of the rocker cover gasket) if you over fill them and then ride it as the manufacturer intended
.
Happened to both mine and Watties, dropped a little oil out the sump and they were ok..

i downloaded a manual, and it's the canshaft chain inspection hole....Can i take off that cover???? it's got the start motor on it too...
O'k i got the cover off and found that the plug had broken off the cover.... So just just need a crank case cover right side... Cheers

Does anyone know if you can weld crank case???? what metal are they??? also i did a oil change on it and put 5W - 40, is that o'k oil for the bike???
