I got this of Sportrider suspension set ups....
ZX-10R ('04) Front preload- 2 lines showing, Front rebound damping- 9 clicks out, Front compression damping -7 clicks out, Rear preload- 22mm thread showing, Rear rebound damping- 1.75 turns out, Rear compression damping- 5.5 turns out.
note: set fork tube height to 3mm showing above triple clamp

Try this and see how it goes.

You may want to back a little preload off.
Get someone to give you a hand and set the preload up to suit your weight and adjust compression and rebound to suit. Start in the middle and work from there.
Where are you located.?

Thanks mate.

Im gonna put the settings back to stock today and go for a ride through the christmas hills to the black spur. Christmas hills is pretty bumpy and the spurs really smooth. ill see how it handles through there.

I'm looking at a softer rear spring for my HULKING MASS. It's a bit bumpy but I'm only sneeking to the Shrink once a week on it atm. Shhhhhhh dont tell anyone i'm coming or wenting. .
