You need 1 x can of Stupid Cheap Brake clean ie Export etc or bottle of acetone (Bunnings etc) , 1 x clean prefferably white rag.
Spray the brake cleaner into the rag and wipe all that nasty slippery shit of the tyre. Use a different part of the rag every time as the wax will build up on it and defeat the purpose.

Did this with the last few sets of Roadsmarts and found you can pretty scrape pegs straight up if you prep them properly (bout 5mins total time for front & rear).

Makes you feel a hell of a lot more confident if it rains when your on brand spankers too 8)

"Good" bike shops should do this for you.

How true.
You will be pretty happy with the PR-2's Gaz. If you normally wear the centre the Michy's will take a bit longer to square off than most plus they hang on pretty well too.

I got a PR2 for the rear. It doesn't feel any different to the Metzler that was on it, but we'll see how it looks in about 10,000.
