headers without romoving radiator
hey all, i have decided to clean my headers due to loss of lisence 
  it's an '06 636 and is there a way to get them off without dropping the coolant......i dont really want to but if worse comes to worse then i will.....i have already got most of the fairing off(except for the top fairing....figured i have to take it off with the lights still attached!!)also any ideas that i could to the bike while it's off the road?

if its anything like my old baby ninja, i could unbolt the radiator and prop it against the front wheel to get to the headers. its a bit of a pain in the ass to work around, but its easier than having to drain the cooling system. just make sure you wrap the radiator in a rag before you prop it on the front mudguard or you'll scratch it

Now you have  got them off, you might want to try a ceramic coating  
 looks the beez kneez
