wow... my chain was alot looser than that and i didnt have any problems no chain slap at allaccording to the service manual for the standard chain type i have the DID 520v2 with 110 link, the slack should be around 7-15 mm this is the service manual of the site in "gen tech talk"
also says "too tight more then 15 mm, too loose less then 7 mm"

my gpx had about 70 to 80 mm free play 
turns out it was contacting my centre stand, which had been bent in by the previous owner
I had it tightened, coz i wasnt game to try it myself(second week with the bike)
now have to replace the chain, sprockets, and centre stand.
irritated with myself that i didnt notice this when i bought the bike, but lesson learned

and no it doesn't say weither someone is sitting on it or the bike at rest. so im not sure

i doubt it would be with someone sitting on the bike that would take two mechanics
