Speed Camera?

What kind of speed camera is that in the background?

In case you're wondering it's at Tidbinbilla Tracking Station yesterday. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable on my own bike again now it's back on the road

its one of those speed cameras that take photos of space ships flying too fast
