wtf is going on??
Lately the GT is not accelerating properly... she doesnt wanna go.. does anyone know whats going on???

How many turns have you given the rubber band?

ok ill try my best...
When i accelerate it doesnt wanna go properly until i hear the exhaust go "pop" then a big boost of power kicks in ( thinking it maybe carby?)
it also sounds like its under-revving when its indicating on 3rd gear 40km/h @ 6000rpm??? not good then when the mysterious pop kicks in it jolts to 65-70 km/h

sounds like its a Carby issue... Is it a manual choke? If its starting alright first thing and running ok with the choke on then its possible the air inlet is sticking once the choke is off. Then when you open her up it all of a sudden draws in the required air as its trying to open itelf under throttle... Any more experienced help here on how to fix it???

I had this issue years ago with the Black Pearl - it was a dud ignitor coil, the 'sender' coil down at the end of the crank. These do fail after a few years......
It could be a loose electrical connector (either the +12v feed or the ignitor-coil feed) on one of the ignition coils.
It could be a poor fuel issue as well.........you need to isolate 1 thing at a time.
Bung a pm to Bonsester - he has a couple of GT 5fiddys, and has probably already fixed this problem on his own bikes at some point...
