I'm sorry to hear you've lost your ticket, but dude, WTF were you thinking . I hope you don't have too many problems getting to work without your license, 'cause you'll sure as hell need a job to pay for that fine . Try to keep your leathers and get out to the track for a trackday .... it's a good fix and might help you get a bit more control of that right wrist.

Well on my ride home today i was doing 120 in a 70 zone on the Hume Hwy in Chullora.

Radar caught me, so i said oh well im fucked now... nothing i can do but take it like a man...

Heres the thing... im an L plater doing 120 in a 70 zone and i got a $1648 fine for 45km/h+ over the limit and a $168 fine for no fucking L plates... I HATE THE DAMN THINGS THEY KEEP FLYING OFF!!!!

and also 6 month suspension on my licence. thankyou very fucking much NSW... you shall recieve your money in 1 month ( i hope) thats if i can make 2 grand soon... i might have to sell the bike lets hope it doesnt come to that.

i know how you feel, i got done on the 21st. but mine is 1674 not 1648, i dont give a fuck about 26 bucks but i thought they are identical dollar wise! wtf is going on , can the fucken pig just write what he feels like

Brian, you can go to court and get a section 10 and plead guilty and for leniancy, the judge will waive the fine but the points will still stand..

you will have to get someone that has done it before to help you prepare a statement.

it's $68 court fees, so worth the gamble..

I'm not commenting on this, the cop that got me got me for 2km/h less than you got done, but he did bump me down to 30-45 as i was pretty honest about it all. New bike, meant to wind up a bit of speed, just, erm, not by quite THAT much.

Listen to Hoffy, might be worthwhile just getting an initial (i.e. free) consult from a lawyer about the practicality of doing this as well. Legislation has taken the teeth off judges and they are no longer able to waive the suspension or points for any speeding type offence. They may still be able to help with the fine as hoffy suggested however.
