Ok have a problem with the brake light staying on when using the rear brakes. At first i thought it was the spring not releasing so sprayed it wth WD-40 to see if it would free up. Now i am thinking its a faulty rear brake light switch?
The bike is a 97 zx7r. Has anyone had an experience replacing one of these. Does the copper connectors with the wires on just pull out and can unscrew the switch part?
Any advice i would appreciate. THXS!
Regards
Glenn(zx7r).

re: Brake Lights.
Guess what i have that problem aswell.
Mario told me to get my foot off the brake when we were at great ocean road but i know i wasn't on the brakes.
When i went for a spin with a mate 2 days ago, he told me that my brake light was getting stuck on because he saw my foot on the peg and not on the brake pedal.
What i'm gonna do is adjust the rear switch so it goes on after 1.5-2cm of pushing on the pedal, where as it is set to 1cm from factory. Also WD40 the pedal joint it could have collected dirt and stuff with age..
