Is $1799 delivered a good price for a full Kerker system?

Does that include the Jet Kit ? And is it a Kerker Meg or normal system ??????

Where is that quote from, ie is there a freight component ?

Lets just say that I was quoted a - um - bit less than that ;)

It's coming from the distributor in SA and includes freight, but I don't think it includes a jet kit. They import for HDs and were the only one who knew what I was after even before I gave them the part number. It's the kerker meg system race spec.

Race baffle is pretty loud when your up it for the rent, most people have added a little more baffling into them. I have the street baffle in mine and that is plenty loud enough for this old fella ;)

I spose with the current exchange rate the price has increased some  but add another $150 or so to that for a jet kit. Then the installation if your not going to do it yourself.

Have a look/listen to mine on Sunday - no hang on that will just mean you will order one on Sunday arvo :kuda:

You may also want to price a Muzzy Meg, you can have a look/listen to Rod's on Sunday. Another option is the Moriwaki that Ken has on the AMCN Project ZRX (that is now owned by Ken BTW)

They cannot get a race meg anywhere so it will probably be the street option anyway. Still waiting to hear from Serco but the guy in SA has been extremely helpful.

On current exch rates the price is not too bad delivered to my door IMO

Must have a close look at that Muzzy :D

I have had many options thrown at me for pipes but because I want to maintain the black pipes look I am limited.

Heart preference is for the Kerker to maintain the period look tradition etc but the Muzzy looks the goods as well. Who is distributing Muzzy here in good old os.

Didn't like the look of the pipe on the AMCN ZRX may be functional etc but it looks like a dog's breakfast.

Its a $1000 anything over that and you pay tax. Get them to send 2 invoices with totals under a grand and ya should be safe.
