Been waiting on this release for *bloody ages* now !! And its gonna be in 3D !!!
Will line up in the queue overnight for an Opening-night ticket. I loved the first movie, corny as it was......it was just so far ahead of its time really......

Graphics look fantastic - saw the original at the cinema, but wasn't sure it was popular enough to have a legacy.

The CGI looks pretty good, but I can (just) remember seeing the original and my lasting impression was one of being severely underwhelmed...
You can't really tell Hollywood is running out of original ideas can you? Are they going to redo Clockwork Orange and Rollerball next?

If you ever get to see the making of the original TRON, you'll see how little of it was actually computer generated. The majority of the effects were hand painted layovers with something like 4 layers for each frame.....I bet they're glad they could do it all with CGI this time around
