Haven't weighed myself yet.

I'll do it Sun morning, same as last week.

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.

Dizzi - all done mate.

Well done dave#3

I think we're doing well people. At least there's been no drastic gains and some steady loss.

Keep it going - as young Mr Grace would say - "You're all doing very well" :kuda: :kuda:

need to buy a new set of scales, plus the works scales are kinda out of wake. they say 115kgs, then jump off and back on and then 97 then 105. typical for a logistics site.

  • Week Zero - weight 89.1kg
    Week One: 88.8kg (diff -300g)
    Week Two: 88.4kg (diff -700g)
All I have done is change my gym routine from cardio-only to cardio+weights.

Starting weight - 92.2
Week 1 - 91.2
Week 2 - 90.3

I've started to control what I eat  and moved to a more fitness excercise program. Will be adding more Cardio this week too. That is assuming i recover from Saturday's BMX training, I still ache...
