Yeah Rob, it's amazing what you can pick up from employees when they are off 'sick' on Facebook.
Had one guy who didn't turn up on Monday, when I got home and checked FB acc on Monday night, he was bragging Sunday arvo how he was off out for a big night and may throw a sicky Monday. Needless to say we had words Tuesday morning
I have all my area supervisors acceptance and a few of the general workers, they all thought it was great there boss was on FaceBook!
All in a days work
