Next target 85kg, in 5 weeks time.
Me too. Hit 89.7 yesterday. First time for at least 3 years I've been under 90kg. Looking at 85kg by mid October

mind you I didn't get much chance to try this last week

It's really great to see the results on a weekly basis - personally I'm really happy to see the results everyone is putting in.
I managed to drop .5kg - not much but it's going in the right direction

looks like my scales are sensitive to where they're sitting on the tiles (tiles aren't completely flat) - so last night's weight was erroneous.
I'm actually down .3, not up 1, so happier with that.

Try the scales in multiple spots in the house and go with the lowest number. Maybe even try the driveway
Congrats on going down, instead of up mate!

Just had a quick look at the spread sheet. That's a bloody good effort mate
Push hard for the sub 100kg. Such a good feeling seeing only two digits on those pesky scales

Cheers m8.
I'm actually losing it quicker than i want to. The aim is to be 95kg's for the start of pre-saeason soccer next year (think thats around dec time)
Can't actually remember the last time i was below 100kg's.

Down 0.5 this week - not too bad considering I was overseas. Efforts must be doubled.

Been a bit slack this week, but still down to 89.1 Cycled to the station after the weight in - plan on making that a more regular event.
