I thought that'd make the doc too high maintenance though - setting it up, then locking cells so people don't update the wrong ones and screw it up, etc.

I won't stop you doing it though ;)
m8 i'll have a bash at something quick tonight and send it to you to see what you think.

I was a little disapointed with my slight gain last week, so have stepped up the effort.

I just got back for a short ride on the BMX...
Distance....22.63Km
Average....23.5km/h
Max.........39.1k[/h
57mins including a half way break and stopping to fix my camelback valve.

Don't forget to put your numbers in everyone!
Down .7 for me this week - AND 1cm off my gut and tits since Tuesday.
Numbers next week will tell me if I'm fluttering around my plateau or on a downward trend again.

Sitting steady - no change.
Not surprised with all the birthday meals and cocktails, etc.
Back to losing next week. Well, that's the plan, anyway

Well i've finally hit my second target.

Weight this morning was 99.2kg's.

First time i've been under 100 in around 15 years and its feels fantastic.

Bring on the next goal of 95kg's.
