Seems many haven't updated for a while... troubles? embarrassment? ;)
I haven't really changed over the last 2 weeks - which is an accomplishment as I've only had 1 gym visit and was on holidays for a week.

I've been pretty slack recently. But the weight keeps sitting on 87kg. Aiming to be 85kg by 12th December and 83 by the 11th of January.

I'm below 102 for the first time in.... um.... forever!!!
Or at least since not long after the last accident.

I haven't had much chance for the gym - I think twice only in the last 2 weeks.
I've just been strict about eating less than normal, and damn me if it isn't working.
I read the hacker's diet - couldn't be arsed following it to the letter, but took some ideas out of it.
I'm happy - hopefully it'll continue.

This is the last week people - congrats to everyone that's stuck with it! The final results will be drawn from the spreadsheet so everyone can see how the winner is decided.

Please have your weights in before 9pm on Friday 11th so a winner can be announced at the party on Saturday evening :D

I will be calculating the totals straight after 9pm so please try to have them in prior to that :D

103 flat for me this morning - lightest I've been in years (and better than I was expecting after the work xmas party last night - must have been the dancing that helped  ). My target is another 8 or so but I'm happy with the progress.

Great idea Wayne and congrats to everyone who's stuck with it!

87.6kg. Been incredibly lazy but not putting on weight so all is good.

I updated mine on the spreadsheet. I started strong, but lost focus. Still, better than nothing!

Ok the spreadsheet is now closed. Huge well done to everyone who had a go!

The final result is based on the final figures entered for the week ending the 11/12/09 as requested.

Congratulations to Dave#3! with a loss of -11kgs. :kuda: :kuda:
