Rent and good areas to live

Post by 98ninja »

if all goes well im starting a new job in the north sydney area in December.
im originally from Newcastle and had lived in mosman for a year but other than that i dont know much about sydney
which areas should i look at moving too?
are there any real shit areas that should be avoided?
any areas that are over the top in terms of rent?
and commuting times to North Sydney from these areas?

if you're commuting on the bike, you'll have no dramas, just split.

How much rent do you wanna pay vs how close do you wanna be to work? These 2 things will be opposed..... and dependant on....

Do you wanna live in a house/apartment etc?? What standard?

What sorta area do you wanna live in? Quiet/noisy/exciting/leafy/convenient etc etc etc etc

An important decision like this should be based purely on watering holes
