It is some kind of depth gauge. No valve attachment, The black bit sits flush on something and when you push
down a little steel rod comes out and you can measure ...........something :?

That mate is what we call in WA a 'pussyometer' If the tread grooves on the edges of your tyres read like this (as per the kindly provided pic) then you can rest soundly knowing that you indeed have minimum kishy strips and maximum street cred and may ascend to the ranks of those such as Strika,Dave3,Madkaw,Wattie,Gosling,Blurr,Nelso etc,etc

If , however , after a few thousand km /trackdays the flattened metal bit prodrudes beyond the black bit and the "ruler" looking bit reads any more than 3-4mm then you need to take a very large spoonful of cement dust and grow some testicles!! :kuda: :kuda: :x :x :x

PS guys - USE LOCTITE 'SUPER WICK-IN' ON VALVE LOCKNUTS.

Fitted another set to a 900 Hornet tonight ----- sooooooo much better ;) :D

You want adapters or valves Mr Hoffenator? (can be fitted to rims with tyres on if you are clever )

- ie front+rear paddock stand > deflate tyres > break beads > remove old stems [easy] > instal new stems > pump up tyres > have beer > be impressed by own handiwork > have another beer > ring mate > offer to fit to mates bike > charge mate carton beer    )

..... or just take to MadKaw and drink piss while he does it :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:
Only charge for one carton, that has to be at least a two carton job!!!!!
Mobile -> Static -> Mobile Again, ahh how good that feels
