King's Birthday Weekend Celebrations

Post by King Nicholas »

Greetings Citizens.

You lucky, lucky bastards!
You have been invited to help celebrate King Nicholas' birthday Saturday 20th of February, not at home like every other mug, but with the King himself.
Tattslotto is for amateurs, this is the real deal.

I will be gorging myself on local junk food for dinner at say 7pm so show up to the castle at 6pm so we can leave at 6:50 by foot.
After that it is back to the castle for drinks and then onto the POW (Prince Of Wales) Bandroom to see Astrix, one of my favourite psy-trance DJ's.
Tickets are $31 incl booking fee early bird so get in quick.
Get them at http://www.princebandroom.com.au
First in best dressed for crashing at my house with available sofabeds, sofas, matresses, beanbags etc so if can bring some bedding, please do.
There is plenty of space to park the bike and cages have to park on the street where they belong.
If you need any other details, PM me.

I know no-one will believe me but I am not having a huge one.
King Nicholas. Keeping it unreal.

If anyone is not up for the music part you don't have to join us for that part.
It is the last part of the evening anyway.

What time do Astrix come on??? I am already booked for a work function on the 20th Nick, but, as with most work functions, it's usually over by 11pm-midnight. So...i was thinking (and yeah it hurt) that I might try and make it after that. Now while I know your not having a big one ;) ;) ;) ;) , others might still be partying hard at midnight and I can come join them to celebrate yr birfdee!! :)

Are you supplying the eccies??????

It is my birthday.
Are not you supposed to organise those types of things?
The show starts at 9 but I would estimate that Astrix will not start until at least midnight.

This is my 263rd post & I joined KSRC in mid-2009.
You have 3397 posts since the beginning of 2009.
Comparatively, I am quiet.
Everything is going according to plan so nothing needs to be said.
There are 10-15 people coming.
Some are leaving after dinner and drinks, some are coming for the night out and some are doing it all.
I say bring it:

I did guitars last weekend at Saint Kilda Festival.
2 gigs Saturday night, the latin corner for a few hours Sunday afternoon and the main stage after a few drinks at mine.
Electronic music this weekend.
They say variety is the spice of life.
I say pour it on.
