I think the king of stupid is a man named Paul Rolly, (I think I spelled that right), who in the 1950's was trying to set a land speed record on a Triumph motorcylce at Bonneville Salt Flats here in Utah, U.S.A. He, however could not get quite enough speed so in the interest of aero dynamics removed all his clothes except for his underpants and managed a land speed record of 150 plus MPH. Lucky for him he didn't crash but can you imagine how intercoursed up he would have been landing on salt, (ouch) almost naked at 150 MPH. Makes me want a Jim Beam just thinking about it. I guess the moral to this storey is that if you want stupid the U.S, is the undisputed leader. (At least we are good at something).
