Great letter too. Shame they don't have to compensate you for time and stress.
When I had my hip replacement I had a temporary mobility parking permit. I was parked in a disabled parking space and received a parking ticket and get this, he even wrote the permit number on the ticket. I contacted the council and was told, before I gave my story, that once a ticket was issued it could not be withdrawn. After I gave my story they said that it would be withdrawn and the guy even brought a letter to my house and apologised...
