Try a lower temp thermostat, That way the engine will run 10 to 15 deg cooler. Could help/ :)
It does sound a tad high. My race bike runs 85 to 90 all day. 95 to 100+ when held on the grid too long. But as soon as we get going it soon drop to around 90. The fan kicks in at 105 & stop at 100.
