2002 zx636 exhaust question

Hey guys,
I removed the baffle from my standard muffler, will that change the performance or create issues with anything else??????????????????

I reckon it will add performance. Not sure how it will affect fuel mixtures etc though. I know I should be rejetting my '00 ZX9 to match the slip on I've had on it the past 10 years... How did you remove the baffles?
