I did a track day on a permanent/internal plug. It didnt blow up...

It's dropped 1psi 40 to 39 from wednesday night till now and hasn't been ridden on.

Yeah it should be fine then, as Russ said just cruise along and youll be fine..bring some plugs and a pump though just in case
