The paintwork is nice, in your face but nice.
The first association i made with that paintjob was with vehicles like this.

well it's been 3mths & 3weeks since the chroming was sent away.." it will be a month mate...maybe sooner if I get a run on it" and he's now telling me next thursday...I think I will take him a cake for our 4 MONTH ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!! but I have the paint back & yep true to my word it's green!!!

Looks great Chimp! Not as sparkly as i thought it would be....
cant wait to see the chrome bits.
What are you doing with the engine? sodablast then polishing? painting? - i noticed a few bits headed for the chromers.

In the sun she is SPARKALARKLY the photo's don't do it justice, I assume you read the bit about the chromer " next week" HAAAAAAAAA the guy is killing me, re: the engine It's going black with chrome covers top & bottom + carby top & bowl...once I get it done I will whizz up to show you & Gos, I'll just have to make sure on the weather radar that's there no rain within a 3000k'm radius

I have always been a fan of original looks however since seeing metaltriumph's results I have to admit that I can appreciate these machines.
The effort you guys go to making these oldies shine amazes me...I would not have the patience to do such a job.
