I'm quite happy with the end result, $180 for the headlight conversion kit from http://www.bikemonkey.com.au, considering some H7 globes are $50+. My mates who also have Ninja 250R's (all three of them) did not like the idea/cost but since conversion one has also purchased kit.
I will upload pics soon from on bike look on street.
Tail light was also purchased from Bike Monkey, i still have stock indicators at the moment, because when i go to use them in the integrated light, the indicators light up but do not flash? I have tried with and without the earth leads but no luck. Will post a solution up once i have one, but for the time, stock indicators will do

careful with your tail light it is illegal a copper will be more likely to do you for the tail light then any other mod you do

Can guarantee your integrated taillight from BikeMonkey is illegal and will get you defected. Lesson Leary the hard way

note for the headlight dont ride in the rain or even on wet roads at night old yellas are much better i tried with flash new globes in the 4by couldnt see bugger all

Agreed. I've just replaced my projector sportlight to 100w bulb and it's brighter as blue 6000k HID. But for the street visibility, 55w is better. Change back to standard bulb of course.
