well spent most of the day sussing out what the knocking noise was and all fixed.......No 2 header pipe very loose........checked the plugs.......pulled out the airfilters,cleaned and re-oiled them(K&M....bonus)......half a can of good throttle body cleaner around the bodies,in the airbox and down them 4 big bodies.......a good wash and rub ........now running and looking much better
