Question on road conditions

Hey All...Long time no talk and long time no ride
a few of us riding south route Mac Pass/Kanga Valley.....just wondering wat the chances of "black ice" on these roads this time of year?

Really depends on the day and the time, I wouldn't hurry to get there, if you pick a nice day and get there after say 9 you'd probably be fine, if you went on a really cold day and got there about 7 you might want to pack your ice skates
I Have a mate who lives in Robertson now, I could text him and ask if he's encountered any black ice if you'd like?

Thanks for that mate....we plan to ride through Mac Pass about 11am 2 morrow...weather is fine so we should be right..and yea sure let us know wat ur mate in Robertson said.

You should be fine by then, my mate said it has looked icy but he's had no problems in his car at 5am
