doesnt exist in perth, is annoying when travelling on the freeway/highway,
you would think that the traffic going slow would be a cue to ole mate maybe he was going too fast

If you check the traffic act, I think you'll find it does. It's just that no one abides by it in WA???

SA is bad for it too.

I am also lead to believe that in most states, the keep left law applies to any multi lane road, not just 80 zones. I like to undertake them, change lanes in front of them and then slow right down for a bit to give them a taste of their own medicine. It appears to piss them off more than them hogging the right lane pisses me off.....
