Single seat conversion cont'd...with pics

Post by Felix »

Well the ER seat is done, as is the XJ's...I did the ER second and it worked out much better, so I will need to spend another $8 on another half metre of vinyl

Here's the ER:

Just got to lose the rear pegs and it should be right to go. XJ is ready, even if the seat isn't as tidy, just got to get some petrol, arrange insurance and book it in...

cool, good job!!! $197 here you come!!!! (if you go SunCorp.. they're $90.xx while everyone else was $92.xx for the same rating 12 CTP!!)

makes so much sense if you are never giving anyone a ride.....

May be a stupid question - but how does that mod make it a single-seat?
Still looks like 2 seats to me - even if the pillion would be uncomfortable ;)

If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.
Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level, then beat you with experience.

Uncomfortable? just a bit...there is no padding and you'd be sitting directly on a hard board...watch for pot holes! Also losing rear pegs...
