Whats the best way to jack up a 95 zx6r?
i want to take the front end off and hang the frame from the beams in my garage.

Remove the tank and airbox (note pull ot the two plugs on top of the airbox and a 10mm socket goes straight in and undoes the two bolts holding the airbox to the carbs-dont have to undo all the bolts around the outside, leave em)
Remove front fairing
Remove fairing lowers.
Remove ram air pods, otherwise rope will split the pods.
Attach rope thru ram air ducts in frame.
Place trolley or normal jack under motor and lift. Tighten ropes as you go.
This is all assuming you have no hoists or other equipment.
If you have no roof beams to hang it off, pull off all the body work and lay it over on a piece of thick foam on its side.
