'97 ZX6R front brake MC donor?

Hey,

It looks like the front master cylinder on my '97 zx6r track bike will need replacing. Are there any common donor bikes that people have had luck with? I wouldn't mind a little more performance, but if it's too much hassle I'll just replace it with a stock one.

I think I might have read somewhere that someone used a 7r unit but I have no idea what year it was and how well it worked.

hmm strika posted something about that in his track bike thread.
have a look at a thread titled "zx6r f1 track bikes" (or something similar) in "show off your ride" it'll be a few pages in I think.
