				It's even cheaper if you get caught and then aren't allowed to ride..
Public transport - low cost, can move around while intoxicated, if you fall asleep, all you have to do is catch another one the other way.. aaaaaaaand the best bonus, there is always someone WEIRDER than you on the same trip.

				Rossi, they are illegal.
if u have contributed $1K worth, then i'd stick to that instead of contributing $5k.

Hell, get it. If it doesn't work, you can always just get out of losing points off your license by paying the fine with a cheuqe for $5 over the fine amount, then not cashing the $5 refund cheque they send you back...

the points come off when the original penalty notice is issued
...not when you pay or not bank the refund
and of course
if you don't pay, the points still come off and then you get
the dreaded PERIN notice
PERIN SYSTEM in Vic...sez you are guilty
so just pay and get over it
