Suspension Improvements Upgrade.

Arrr! Sorry Goanna, I forgot to ask him for the specs. Let me look at the paperwork...
cv43 /57/3.5
springs wilbers .9to1.1
oil 10WSILK
That mean anything to you? The first blurb is the valve data I believe. He said if I wasn't happy with the front-end the way it's set up to bring it back and he'd pull the springs and alter the valves. I doubt I will be taking it back anytime soon though because it feels just fine to me
Do you want me ring him up and get more detailed data? If so, better tell me what to ask.

Doesn't look like you got racetech valves going by what I assume is the valve number. Racetech valve is FEGV 4301.
10 wt. oil and .9-1.1 springs.
I have .9 straight rate springs
Got 10 wt. oil in mine at the moment and have just about convinced myself that I don't have quite enough rebound. Had 20 wt. to start with and it was too much. Trying 15 wt. tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed.

I'm like .. um.. let me out of here I don't like you guys....
Wasn't long after that that I was told about suspension improvements

Put 15 wt. oil in today. By the time I had given it it's fortnightly bath (was washing it weekly when I first got it but it seemed to attract too much rain, I kid you not, I owned it for 8 months before I got more than 4 dry riding days in, and I ride everyday) I never had time to go for a ride. Rostered day off tomorrow so am going for a ride to see if I made an improvement or not. Am rapidly becoming an expert in changing fork oil or tweaking valves. Just wish I was an expert in suspension diagnosis
. Would make my life a lot easier. I assume you got yours done at Suspension Improvements at Slacks Creek. Because I sent him an email to get a price on kitting my rear shock. If he knows his business he should be able to point me in the right direction (assuming I don't blindly stumble onto it by accident) regarding my front forks. Might have to spend some money with him first though.
