Mike,
glad to see you're OK at least, as for the bike well looking at the deep scratches on the frame I would suggest you have a tantrum and insist on it being written off........as you know, in the UK any damage to the frame becomes a cat3 write off

Bugger Mate , real bad luck . It really sucks to drop ya baby no matter what colour it is and when its a "no faulter" like shit on the road .
