Frozzie stopping import of devil

Post by frozzie »

I have stopped importing devil exhausts due to bad policy on their behalf and me not being able to get what I want from them. They are good quality gear but awful to get the parts in, no customer support and general greediness. I won't go any further in my rant as I have vented my anger at them, bloody hopeless bunch!

Now I am importing Shark, better delivery times and same level of quality. At least with them, I don't have to wait a few months before getting an answer to queries.

Thanks, you can now go back to your normal activities!

This is how it starts Hoffy, then before you know it everything will either be CF or polished, you'll have $500 Pazzo levers on and not be game to ride in the rain anymore....

DONT GO SHINEY

Its a long slippery slope my friend, just ride it into the ground OK
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD

Exactly my thought. I have one regret though, it's having spent so much money on promoting their stuff and then being stabbed in the back by letting some other A#*hole importing them at the same time, undercutting my distributors. Hopefully, he'll mess up some more and karma will bite back at them!

Thanks for all your moral support, makes me feel better already :)

As for the Move pegs, I am preparing a little something for this forum, they are a great little addition to any bike, I'll post a link to the said thread once it's done!

There are quite a lot of parts I can get for the 12, and KSRC members do get a discount on the parts I import, my commitment to you guys! Just don't expect everything to be cheap, because I only do high quality stuff as I don't want to be bothered by irrate customers telling me: It doesn't fit, it didn't last etc....

Here's a quote from a mountain bike manufacturer, that would go for anything else, such as bike parts: "Cheap, light and strong, you can get any two combination of the three!"

Now, for the ZX12R, I can get you an undertail, hugger, screens (3 sizes), grips, mirrors, move peg (more on that in a thread after I have finished responding to this one!), Shark exhausts, rim stickers (8 colours available), blinkers, foot pegs, superbike set up (triple head clamp + handlebars + steel braided lines for a more upright comfortable riding position), bar ends, fork preload adjusters, rear pick up/crash knobs (for swing arm) front wheel crash knobs, quick tank release and lastly flame rotors (I don't import these, no discounts unless the importer gives me one that I will pass down, and they are great quality!), all that with the legendary Frozzie cutomer service  , and that my friend, is worth its weight in Gold!

If you need anything that I don't do and have problems sourcing it, I'll do my best to find it for you. For all my stuff, send me a pm and I will forward all relevant information!

My fingers are sore after all that  Looking forward to hear from you all!

Pretty sure thats the exact reason a guy here in WA stopped importing them also. They said he was the only distributor etc but then he found out there were others.

Was good for me though cause I picked up my titanium high mount full system for just $700Au when he was selling off all his stock 8)

Sucks that they have such bad service, cause their product is frieking shit hot!!!

That guy was Lindsay, I was suppose to take over from him, under his recommendation, but the same thing happened to me in the end. I helped him clear his stock too, and at the price he was selling them, they went really fast!

Good products, but they S*ck!
