Anyone done this type of mod before. I know that that i won't get any more power but the bike should spin up quicker.

Total loss system
Well i am starting to want a bit more out of the old girl and I am thinking of turning her to a 'total loss' electrical system and ditching the alternater etc, but i got no idea where to start and what exactly is invovled.
Anyone done this type of mod before. I know that that i won't get any more power but the bike should spin up quicker.
