Naked ideas for a ZZR 250

Post by ZZR_Bandit »

Hey guys and gals, whats been happening?

Just wondering if anyone has some pics or information on headlight mods for a ZZR 250. I am turning it into a naked bike and was wondering if anyone had some ideas on how i would go about this.

Any information or pics would be great.

Cheers
Ben

P.S. I am also going to start looking for another fuel tank soon when I gain some more moolah, so if anyone knows the where abouts of a "cheap" one in good condition then please let me know. Thanks.

I saw a naked zzr with a Balius headlight and clocks mounted on it somewhere around the www, aparantly it was a straight swap. Very neat too.

gee, i didn't realise the price on some of the headlight conversion kits. Even for a simple brcket it is $90.00. Looks like i will have to make something up at work on the CNC.

I do like the twin round headlights,i think they would look good on the zzr with a custom surround for the gauge cluster.

I will have to sketch something out.

Also looking at raising the exhaust pipes up at the rear, what does everyone think about that and has anyone seen it done?

Thanks for the replies people.

Cheers
