They are HJC AC12 KAWASAKI NINJA ZX HELMET. Mcleods are the importer but this model is not currently on order.
Spoke to Mcleods and the guy that answered was a member of KSRC so he is going to put up a post to check out the demand.

If life is like a box of chocolates, why do I always get the laxettes?
unfortunately my bonce will not fit properly in HJCs
all the HJCs I have tried on were too small across the forehead
and loose everywhere else....great for us riders with big ears

Are you saying you have a prominent brow Smitty???
You could order directly from the UK and have it sent here. Costs about 20-25 quid to have it shipped depending on size etc.
Kawasaki are poor at selling their merchandise, its hard to find and nobody holds any stock. At the recent Sydney bike show, all the other manufacturers were selling merchandise off the stand - except Kawasaki. Honda and Suzuki were 3 and 4 deep at their stands with guys and gals handing over hard cash for goodies. Kawasaki were giving away posters... When will they learn that they are not only missing out on revenue but they are failing to spread their branding.

They wouldn't be AS certified, and therefore be illegal. Shame though.
Got a Shoei RF900 about 18 months ago in green white black and grey. Very comfortable, low wind noise and tested it against tarmac at over 200 ks. worked well.
Pics later gotta go watch Twowheeled torque
I got a sweater for my birthday. I realy wanted a moaner or a screamer.
