Fit the rough stuff facing the shiny round thing

I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

They are pretty easy, you just take the tin backplate off, undo the pins holding the pads in and slide them out..make sure you push the pistons apart a bit with a screwdriver, as the new pads you put in should be fatter..easy, you dont even need take any calipers or nuffin off..
edit:
**hang on, I just gave advise for radial calipers..not sure if yours is..although Im 99pc sure it is from memory**

How olds the bike, if its more than 6-7 years old then consider pulling the pistons out and cleaning the entire system out to make sure theres no ditrius or water in the caliper or corrosion on the piston.

Thanks its a '06 model and 3rd set of front pads so hopefully pistons should be fine.
