Suspension upgrades
A bit of a dilemma - I'm looking to upgrade the suspension on the GPz1100... do I put the adjustable forks from a ZZR1100 in: they fit, and I get 4 pot calipers and adjustable forks. Or, do I get the standard GPz forks rebuilt? Any thoughts?

Re: Suspension upgrades
Compare the costs, if money is an issue go the cheapest route, if not then the ZZR forks sound a fair bit better than stockies.

Re: Suspension upgrades
I suspect if you get the ZZR forks you're still going to want to overhaul them, making them the much more expensive option. Is the rest of the bike good enough to warrant the cost? Do you ride it hard enough to take advantage of the adjustability in the later model forks? Is it a keeper?
I love a good modification, and if that's what you're after then go for it, but if it's about value for money then rebuilding the originals might be a better option.

Re: Suspension upgrades
Bit of a tragic - love the bike. Goes around corners and everything! Rode a few ZZR1100s (my "dream bike"); didn't like them - couldn't make them go round corners. Found the GPz and...
