long story short, i just snapped my clutch cable on my zzr250
i dont want to bring it to a shop to fix if i can do it myself
Would it be hard put a new one on???
can somebody fill me in on how to install one

Nah mate, its easy as piss to swap out.
go buy a new one for around $20
remove your right hand fairing, loosen the nuts at the end of the cable where it connects up with the clutch cover. uncrew the tensioner up where the clutch lever is and remove the cable from the clutch lever.
watch where the cable is weaved through and try to run the new cable around the same place.
then tighten the tensioner by the lever a bit, then the nuts by the clutch cover and adjust it till you are happy with the feel.
Thats what i did, took me 20 minutes. im sure there are other ways which the gurus can tell you, but this worked for me.

ill give it a shot the best i can i guess, not 100% sure about bikes, im more of a car person
but i guess it cant be that hard
