bridgestone 023's.

Post by Arkup »

I am looking for a new set of tyres for the ZRX. Has anyone used the 023 Bridgey's. and what sort of KM expectancy can I expect?? Me and my missus are doing a trip to Tassie in early Jan for a few weeks so I am getting the bikes set up a bit. Previously I have used the 020's with complete confidence. The rear tyre looks good as far as pattern goes, the front is a heap different to the 020 was.
I rang around probably 8 bike shops in Sydney and Newcastle yesterday chasing the Pilot road 2's, which were my original choise but nobody has got the 180/55/17 rears, plenty of fronts and 190 rears but. Problem with Importer maybe?? I cant fit a 190 tyre on my missus bike ( suzuki GSR 600), which is a top little unit, sort of a comfortable GSXR 600 with a little less grunt.... She likes it, and I don't really want to go the 190 on the ZRX either. The 180 seems big eneough for it.

Cheers,

I've got an 023 on the front and an 021 on the rear. The rear has done 10000k and has some left. Only done a few thousand k on the front but its all good.
That is why God made fast motorcycles, Bubba.... Hunter S. Thompson.
