Anyone here install,sell or know about installing aircons ?

Does anyone here install aircons? Is it hard to install a split system yourself? I need one for my new place.. I am trying to save as much moola as possible as im broke now so any help would be great..

Peice of piss and if you can do your own electrics and pipework you'll just need a refrigeration mechanic to gas her up

but will ask if the piping leaks

Save even more if you bought a can of HTFU instead of an aircon ya pussy . Sweat it out like Stace does in the steam room of the Blue Oyster Bar when he and Seiko hook up .

I installed @ 3 of e'm at my old van in tocumwal & most come already gassed and all you need to do is go to reece or similar get ya pipes & flare tool, connect the dots with elec's " sparky is what I would advise if its for home" insurance company won't play if shit happens. but trust me they are soooooo easy to fit just make sure the compressor is out of direct sun " if you can" it makes it more efficent and 300mm of air around it so it wont overheat...once it is hooked up and sealed .. wind out the grub screws under the caps and job done!!!!!!!!!!...get a little squirt bottle with a little dishwashing liquid & water spray aroung your pipe connections...no bubbles.....crack a can....bubbles get a biggger shifter....crack a can
