Is anyone in Sydney willing to trade some time helping a newbie setup his suspension for a case of beer?
My ZX7R is fun to ride but is very harsh on the rode I'm feeling every little bump & crack in the road at the moment, Stiff suspension my be great for the track but its annoing as hell on the road.
This is my first bike with any sort of adjustable suspension except for spring preload, my previous bike was an ER-5, so I'm flying a little blind.

I'm not sure about specific setups for ZX7's but I presume the typical 20-25mm of sag when loaded would sort most of your problems.
I'm happy to give you a hand with it if you want. Where abouts are you?

It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.
