Starter Motor - 2000 ZX6R J1

Anyone have an idea what I'm up for to replace mine?

I've pulled it out and connected it directly to the car battery and she is D E A D... sadly.

I think Paul from Wet4U is going to try to see if he has one but I figure best to be prepared for the worst.

Cheers,

Dan

Starter Motor

Hey Guys,

I finally got my bike to start the other day, but I just to replace the fuel, plugs and roll start it.

I can no longer get the starter motor to kick the engine over. It makes a noise and tickets a bit almost like the battery is no good, but even when I run jumper leads from the car to ...

Starter Motor - 2000 ZX6R J1

Hey Guys,

It appears I have an issue with my starter motor. Not 100% sure, but the only way to test it is to replace it. I'm hoping someone out there has a spare one that won't cost the earth.

Cheers,

Dan

Re: Models and Air brushing

Yeh. The $20 kits are for practice.
But I'll do a lot on paper too.

I did some mat black on an old fairway wood this morning as my first crack. I was wrapped with how it came out actually.

Models and Airbrushing

Hey guys,

I decided to give model building a crack. There is a Naka's MotoGP model I want to do. So I'm working my way upto it by doing some cars first.

I built a dual action Delta airbrush yesterday. So I'm looking for people with some airbrushing experience to give me some pointers.

Re: Happy B'day to me

Hmm. Well I'm in tassie. Go me thinking I maybe should have gone the X-RAY-1100 now. Didn't think it would be noisy or cold actually. It was a snigger fit than the 1100 which was one of the reasons I went for it cause the old RF-600 got really loose after a lot of wear.

On the flip side I get to ...

Happy B'day to me

Well after some generous birthday money from the wife and kids I've gone and over extended and put a helmet I can't quite afford this week on lay-by :)

I went with the Shoei X-Twelve Elias Race Rep..

Was the nicest fitting helmet I found, and I'm hoping that the Kwaka green highlights will look ...
