Suggestion: ride over to your local fulsic shop, and ask the ricer behind the counter if they'd chop you off a piece of mesh to fit over the radiator on your 7R.

Attach with cable ties at each corner.

Or contact someone on this forum, Pontikat, he may be able to make one for you, in the near future

Or have a look at what they sell at bunnings.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

I have sourced some material which is Ideal for making RADectors, i have made a few for the Brisvegas locals including Beryl, Kevvie, Yappa, Th' King & both my scoots.
Still in the process of Doing some R & D work on them. The metal mesh is unobtainable stainless steel mesh with a non stick (easy to clean) black coating.
I'll be offering them for sale in the new year to KSRC members for $65 plus postage @$15.
If any one is looking at getting one before then pm me & i'll see what i can do.
Cheers Brett

Heres one on my 04, its been to the track and doesnt seem to overheat and way cheaper than fixing a radiater not to mention the hassle of having to organise a trailer home on a big day out. :D
