I found the Metzeler lasted longer than the Diablo seems to be managing at the moment, and the Diablo takes a bit more warming up. I felt confident with both in terms of handling, they can both out perform my abilities when warmed up.
Hope that helps

I ended up with the Pirelli Diablo for the rear...
Now to get it scrubbed in for sunday...
Gotta go back in my lunch brake, it appears the chain is too lose, every time i put it in gear there is unusual surge and if i engage the clutch gentle whilest looking at the chain, there seems to be abit too much movement in the chain.. I get the same feeling when i hit comeon and off the throttle... but it was only a 4min ride to work, so i'll test it again on the way there.

Becarefull Dan
Those bloody tyres are slippery when not scrubbed in.
I nearly smashed mine when I came out of the bike shop and a truck gave
me a wave to let me in . I waved thankyou with my left hand as I gave it
some stick with the right and instant slapper
I shat myself !
